This is an option for private spaces only and is an all day rental with a 3 hour minimum. We come, set it up and leave after teaching you how to self pour.

Mobile Beverage Catering Services

This price does not include alcohol or cups. This comes with one server or bartender who can serve about 50-100 people depending on what you are serving. Cocktails or mocktails can take a little more time creating vs. popping open a beer or water for your guests. This can really determine how long the line gets. ***Keep in mind, with this basic service our bartenders won’t bring a bar table (which we have for rent if you need). We bring our expertise and a few gadgets, bringing their preferred mixology or bartending utensils with them (such as shakers, measuring jiggers, strainers, etc.) This is where a consult for your preferred drinks and your expectations of the vision you have comes into play. Let’s set up some time to chat!

Champagne Cart

This Champagne Cart is an addition if you choose to use one of our servers/bartenders for a flat rate of $150

  • Mileage—$2 per mile more than 10 miles beyond 98203

  • Mimosa Bar—$2 per person flat fee which includes 3 juice options with 3 fruit options

  • Glass Champagne Flutes- $.25 per flute

Add Ons

For every 100 guests we recommend one server for our bubble tap trailer (One server is already included in price) for events with specialty cocktails we recommend 1 bartender every 50-75 guests.
The bubble tap trailer is roughly 13 feet in length, 8 feet in height and 6 feet in width. Maneuvering the trailer into position requires additional space. We recommend an additional 8-10 feet in front of the dispensing area for guests to wait in line and be served.
The bubble tap (i.e. serving) window is on the DRIVER’S side of the car. When maneuvering the trailer into its serving location, there needs to be enough room for our truck to pull in and get out. Alternatively, we can move the trailer into place with a dolly, but there cannot be an incline or rough terrain.

What to Know

The Deets

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your event
  • A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied for all credit card transactions
  • You can provide bottles that we can keg for you onsite, or we can provide you with a list of retailers where wine and bubbly kegs can be purchased. If you have less than 200 guests, we suggest buying bottles.
  • 18% gratuity is included on all transactions at server price ($50 an hour)
  • The trailer needs access to a standard 120V outlet within 100 feet of the trailer to run. We bring a 100 foot, 12 gauge outdoor extension cord. If you do not want cords showing, or there is no access to power, a generator will need to be rented.
